Darlene Maalouf is the owner and co-founder of Sattva Fitness Yoga Center. She was one of the early yoga teachers of Sattva's late co-founder, Rached Maalouf.
A master teacher, Dr. Ranjani Cobo was trained in India by B.K.S. Iyengar, K. P. Jois, and Desikachar. Come experience the teacher who trained Rached Maalouf!
Chloe Edge is a certified teacher of Inner Light Yoga. Her all-levels classes promote radiant good health, energetic fluidity, a strong spine, and Self Realization.
Ani Eustice is a Reiki master, author, and angel intuitive. Certified in Sivananda Yoga and Yin Yoga, Ani helps others learn how to live a more balanced life.
Sylvi Harwin is certified in Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga. She helps students ease into poses safely and regularly offers retreats, workshops, and trainings.
Sandy Heath is an E-RYT200 certified Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher. She loves the way yoga brings us home to our body and the present moment, where change happens.
Rebecca Inzunza was certified in Hatha Yoga in 2007. She trained and practiced under Sattva co-founder and master teacher Rached Maalouf for 17 years.
Keila-Rae Jenson credits the healing power of yoga with her physical, mental, and spiritual health. She was certified in 2016 and teaches all levels of Hatha Yoga.
Sherri Jones is a certified Yoga Therapist who combines alignment with therapeutic yoga, creating balance in the body structure and calm in the nervous system.
Lise Marshall has been teaching yoga in the greater San Diego area for almost eight years. Her passion for the practice is evident in her heartfelt approach.
Junko Ritts is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. She teaches yoga with deep love, passion, and compassion, and loves to spread the beauty of yoga to others.
Jan Spain received her training in Indra Devi style Hatha Yoga in 2006; she is also certified in Restorative Yoga and taught kids' yoga for the City of Escondido.
Jill Weigt is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga for 28 years.
Brandy Wirtz is a certified Aerial Yoga teacher and visual artist/performer who has toured with the likes of Nine Inch Nails, The Rolling Stones, and Motley Crue.
Mayumi (Mimi) Wright has been teaching yoga with passion since 2006. An E-RYT200 teacher, her certifications include TRX Suspension, Yin Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series.
I started going here 5 years ago at the advice of my doctor due to all the aches and pains of sports. Yoga and Sattva have truly transformed my life - from flexibility, to mindfulness, it has improved my life in so may positive ways! It is a true yoga center and you get an amazing practice to boot. The instructors listen, explain why you are doing a particular pose, why you should be doing it in a particular way, and don't forget your root locks!
And best of all, the aches and pains are gone!
After practicing yoga at Sattva Fitness for several years, my osteoporosis was downgraded to mild ostopenia. Yoga keeps me strong and makes me feel younger!

It's a really great studio because you can go to either calm down or build up a sweat working out. No matter who you are, yoga will help with relaxation as well as flexibility, strength and balance. And like I always say: "It's cheaper than therapy" :)
